irresponsibility starts from our legal system... people do not have faith in legal system as no mechanism is present to question judges or lawyers... no accountability leads to chaos in cases like bhopal gas, kasab cases or take any bomb blast cases... our political system is more focussed in making money rather than bring out amendments to our constitution and legal system which is atleast 50 years old... democracy has become a walk in park, in india the parks are full of dirt and everyone is here only to make it dirtier... its a pity common ends up in jail and dies in custody due to sleeping judges or lazing investigations... our human rights commission dismisses cases even before it is numbered... and there only one person for a state... thats why we need legal reforms... our legal minister and ministry is in a lungi... and talks of reforms... everybody talks but the person who has to execute sleeps over it...
