Can some one comment on Section 98 of the Transfer of Property act of 1882, which reads as: Rights and Liabilities of parties to anomalous mortgages:-............................contract as evidence in the mortgage deed and so far such Contract does not extend by local usage. Does it mean that the mortgage contract depend on the local usage? Thanking you all in advance.
