My late father who passed away 3 months back had purchased 2 pieces of Coffee Plantation (5 acres and 2 acres ) We have a house in 5 acre land in which my mother resides. We are 3 children of which 2 boys and 1 girl(myself). My brother is planning to sell the 2acre land as its difficult to manage it. As a married daughter, will i have any rights in the property? Please make note that we are christians from Karnataka.
