Hi Sir,
I need your help on child marriage case of mine. I got married when I was 12 year old in year 1999 and girl was 7 year old. After that I never carried the girl to our home, she is still at her home. Means we never lived as husband wife, I never even seen her after that.
Now I dont want to continue that marriage as I dont like the girl. But girls parents are forcing me to take her with me as wife and even threatened me for the police case against me. So I am asking that this dowry harassment case can be filed against me by them as I am afraid that I may loose job if FIR lodged against me for this ?
Also I want to declare my marriage as VOID as well how can I do that ?
