Dear sir,
we are resident of Tardeo. Living in society on 4th floor with lift. we are living here from last 12 years.
we had formed society by non corporation and after that society continue all irregularities done by builder.
GB has decided many times to take legal action against irregularities but after 9 years 3 committee did not take any action.
our child parked his bicycle in side of common area it is not obstructed to any one. committee is not allowing to do this, they insist us take bicycle home which is on 4th floor, that is not practical.
in lobby already 4 cars 2 two wheeler, and few bicycle already parked. but they said we had purchased the same from builder and that is illegal and not part of plan. One parking belongs to Chairman.
They are harassing us and our child to move bicycle. what can we do.
