I have a concern. I have given s sum of Rs 5 lakh to my friend in cash. we haven't signed any document regarding this. he just gave me a cheque of rs 5 lakh to release his liability. His cheque is bounced now he is denying regarding tjis. He is saying that I havent given him any money. what steps should i take now. I already given him notice from lawyer regrding cheque bounce. but now i want to know as there is no document regarding payment all payment was in cash. What should i do now and which doucment i need to prove that i have given him loan of above said amount.
