Chargesheet validity

Hi All,

 

I wan to know  what is maximum time can Police/My wife has to file the charge sheet?

I understnd that 3 months is the time for the case victime is in Jail. but what about who got the AB?

 

Please help me out

3months is the guideline for police to file CS in any case but its not always followed. regards ASHOK
