IF 3 Acusued got bail from JFMC . then their bail rejected in highcourt . & High court informed in order to police for immediate arrest & To add one more section 255 .
so If spl leave pettion of 2 person for continuation of bail & stay to high court order is accpted at supreme court but third & main Accused has not done same appeal then whether
Q1) police can apply section 255 on third accussed ?
Q2) if 3 rd main accused appeal to supreme court whether court will contnue bail to him .by thinking if two allowed then why not allow third accused . as allready stay given to other accused .
Q3) Actaul FIR has written 3 months before .but still charge sheet is not filled by police .so whether police can file charge-sheet .if high court order has stay n argument is continue in supeme court .also whether police can apply section 255 on accused .
Q4) if police submite charge sheet at trial court. then obiviusly need of arrest of accused get finished. & highcourt order get elleminated .
