Change in DOB In birth certificate

My birth certificate specifies my DOB as 11.11.1991 and my 10th marksheet,Pan Card,Aadhar Card,Voter ID mentions 11.11.1992 as my DOB. I recently applied for a passport and it got rejected on the basis that i need to get All my documents of the same date and year. what are my options and what shud be the best course of action taken to get my passport in a speedy and hassle free way. plz help me.
