Learned Sirs,
I have won a C.M.A. and filed a cavet so that the opposite party cannot move to higher court without intimating me.
Now the Execution Petition process also has been completed and he has paid the fine imposed on him.
Do i need to file a Cavet for the Execution Petition also?

wait for all the process to be completed as per the court order and already you have filed caveat then now it is not necessary
