Caveat

Hi freinds,

Can I file Caveat in Sessions Court to know whether my husband has preferred an appeal/revision?

Because till date, he never gave me notice when he preferred an appeal/revision to Appellate authorities.

Iam herewith requesting query with respect to DVC Case.

Also, if I cannot file caveat, then how to know the said matter.

Thanks.

You cannot file a caveat in criminal cases.  DV act is just like criminal case.

Dear Querist you can file a caveat petition in this case because DV case comes under special law and you can file the caveat petition before court. feel free to call

Rajeev Sir,

Is there any other way to come to know of the filing of Appeal/Revision Case filed by my husband, if I cannot file Caveat Petition.

Thanks.

Dear Nadeem Sir,

If I can file Caveat, then how to know in which Session Court, I need to file. Because so many Session Courts are there.

Thanks.
