Cause title

can any1 help me plsss...

in the present case, criminal tresspass has been committed in a certain property. there is a  general power of attorney(GPA) and later this guy, not being the original owner files a complaint. the thing is when it was brought before the court, the cause title of the case contained only the person on whom the power of attorney was made..it didn't contain anything like "Mr.X representing the owner, say Mr.Z.

i.e., Mr. X v. the trespasser. but the body of the complaint states that Mr. X is representing the real owner.

the appellate court has taken note of this. my question is whether it is possible to have the cause title in the name of the representative without mentioning the fact that he is representing the real owner keeping in mind that the body specifically mentions it!!!
