Case under section 406, 420, 498a, 114(3-4)

It's desirable from your side that you come with more and essential facts to be advised properly.On one hand you talk about 'plaintiff' and on the other hand you talk about 'remand'!?

Let me tell you my dear querist,that the word 'remand' is used for criminal offences and the word 'plaintiff' is used for the complainant in civil offences.Therfore,demarcation necessary.
