Case under section 376

Dear sir, my friend's girlfriend has file a case under section 376 on my friend. They are in relationship one year and they get physical intimate only one time in 6 month ago. Girl was pressurizing my friend for marriage. When my friend was not ready to marriage her at that moment. The Family of girl file a case under section 376. My friend absconding now. And he applied for anticipatry bail rejected by lower court and hight cour also.But now both parties ready to get married. What's process of take back this case... plz suggest
