Sir Please refer if there is any case law under Sec 321 Cr.P.C. Matter is of forged muster roll, but the case against the accused is politically motivated. State has filed application under Sec 321 for withdrawal. I am on behalf of one of 3 accused. What must be the points of argument.

Arvind, if the State has filed for withdrawl of the case against your client want kind of arguments do you wish to make? Ofcourse there are galore of cases on withdrawal of the case but it not clear whether you are against the withdrawal of the case against your client or you want them to go for full swing trial?
