Case against father

My father who is running business got married 2nd time in 1987 when my mother was alive. I was partner with him in business and he dissolved the partnership without my consent and got new firm registered in which he became proprietor. My mother expired 5 years ago in 2013 leaving my house by registered will to me. My father left the house two years back. He had already kicked me out of business in 2002. Can I file a case against my father? The shop where he is running business is on rent. What are my rights as a son? I am married with two sons. Elder is major and younger is still minor. Father has two sons from second marriage. He does not give us anything. What are my legal rights?
