Cancellation of sale deed

Dear sir, I want to know that Registered Sale deed can be cancelled or not? In which ground? If the person have purchase the plot size is 2000 sq feet in paper but the plot size is 1600 sq feet in ground. Please help me I am in deep problem.

Without seeing the documents it will not be possible to give an appropriate answer.

Further more, one also needs to know in which year the Sale Deed was Registered?

Therefore, you would be well advised to contact, without wasting time, a lawyer in your locality, who is well versed in property matters.
