As i am telling all the time, cancellation of sale deed is not a valid transfer, in the event of any misunderstanding or any reservation with regards to the property or its related transactions, the parties have to go for re conveyance deed, that involves stamp duty, but that is the accepted way of transfer of property rights,apart from court direction.
