Cancellation of a regd lease deed

Sir,

A Registered Lease Deed, depending on the terms, conditions and covenants contained therein, can not be usually cancelled unless the Lessee has acted in contravention of any of the terms, conditions and covenants of the Lease Deed, or In the event of any variations, amendments or modifications taking place in regard to the legislation pertaining or affecting any type of the premises or part of premises held on the Lease is prohibited.
