1 question here..

on me already 498A case is running ,we r on AB for this & DV just registered that we come to know from website.

I filed RCR in Bangalore.

Q1. Once DV Case intrim maintainance is started & we get RCR Judgement  can we file Divorce case ?

Q2. Once we get judgment ,,if secreatly remarry with gud girl and other side showing like trying to get Divorce case then any problem?

Q3.How many months it will take to complete divorce? is it mandatory to give single alimony or (one side maintainance is running is enough for divorce)?

Q4 is it possible to quash all cases (498A & DV) after divorce?

team, please let me ur valuable feedback on this question.
