Can judge pronounce judgment in first hearing??

If there are no dispute on the facts, one party admits to all the fact and all issues can be proved on undisputed facts alone along with Plaintiffs admissions during cross examination then can the Judge pronounce judgment in the first hearing itself?

yes it can be done...however the statements of the parties will be recorded.

Can you please advise how the application should be made for seeking a summary judgement if the facts for pronouncing judgment are not disputed?
