Can i sale?

we have a house in punjab , registered on name of  2 persons, one part my father ,  one part my late grandfather.

grandfather had 3 children includin my father,

my fathers siblings have signed power of attorney, for the grandfathers part, in favor of my father , 

can we sell the property??

Your father can validly sell the property now.

okk, thanks , and in case he doesnt sell now , does the POA goes in favor of my fathers heir after him ?? or it wud be invalid then?

The POA becomes invalid as soon as the holder dies.

can u clarify?? or is dere any way by which he can make his heir sale property at a later stage hes in a bad helth cndition
