CAN I JOIN PREVIOUS EMPLOYER AFTER RESIGNATION ?

Respected sir,

                       in now days I am working with Central Government of India ; prior to join this job I was working with L.I.C of India as an A.A.O. I resigned from my previous job, and then I Joined my present department. My bond which was executed in favor of L.I.C.of India was also transfer to my present department.

                       But I am not satisfied from my present job. I want to know  is their  any provision to rejoin pervious employer  ?. Please suggest and guide me.
