Can i charge alimony in case of divorce

Its been a month since I got married. I have realized that my husband is impotent and he cant perform intercourse. He has cheated me by not mentioning about his problem before marriage.  I want to get divorced. My father had sold his land and got me married and we are not left with any money now, In case we get divorced can I demand for any money atleast the money we have spent for marriage? They made us to spend huge amounts of money for their celebrations and I feel we are cheated badly. I want to studu further and live on my own, but we dont have money now, all the money was spent on marriage, I want to ask for justice? Please Advice.

Firstly within one year of marriage you cannot apply for divorce, but now without waiting or wasting anytime on the ground of non-consumation of marriage because of the impotency of your husband you can seek annulment of marriage. In addition to the ground mentioned above you can add the fraud committed by your husband while not diclossing about his impotency for taking consent for the marriage.

As far seeking permanent alimony and maintenance is concerned that you can always seek from your husband.
