Can family court be managed......?

What is the opinion of your advocate?

Proving, unproving, disproving, appeal, re-appeal, HC, SC, Sessions.  Usual route takes seven eight years.  End result no one can gaurantee.  If she is asking money, pay it one time and get rid of her.  Its waste to pursue matrimonial dispute in courts.  If your head strong, then you can check by dashing it to rock (wife and court).  If you have brain, you will settle matter somehow and save time.  Time and tide wait for none, says Helping Hand.  Good luck.

My Nanded court Advocate is also shocked after hearing this and told that no option apart from moving to Nagpur High Court. He told that he had already provided application of Stay to Akola court again after re-open of case after Staty, but court has attached it in the file, but provideed the order as mentioned. now, I am fearing whether to move High court or not as I exhausted from money as my wife had already take all my belongings of worth Rs 9 Lacs and still court not allowed to provide those details.

Please advise.

I am ready to pay and settle the case, but now they are demanding huge amount which is out of my limit of loan. and they are demanding my House on which Housing loan is taken which I cannot transfer to them unless loan is repay. Also they had demanded some extra cash to pay to internal members whom they have managed to provide such order. they told the names of them also and amount too to me, but I cannot disclose those details over here.

Family Court is for arseholes like you and many others who you can find in Family Law sectoin of LCI.  IF you could not live properly with wife, what can court do?  Matrimonial dispute cannot be solved in court.  And what do you mean by managed?  You think judge took bribe?  If you have such bad thoughts about judiciary then why even fight case in court?  Simply give up the case if wife has filed divorce, and take exparte divorce. It is such shameful to read the word MANAGED.

I am not telling that court is managed even I am not able to believe this, but my wife is telling and had told serveral times when we  tried to settle the case, that she had managed everything and now I don't have chance to do anyting but I don't know, what she managed...? About property, I am ready to live but bank won't allow to transfer unless it is completely paid and I don't have that much amount. The amount apart from saving and after managing personal loan, I am ready to give, but she is demanding more and court is also asking the same to pay as order. Now, I just want to know, that they have not taken any cross examination of mine as well as they are not allowing me to go High court.

How Can I proceed to High Court.

Dont lie. You created this ID for yourself.  I do agree at some point judiciary is corrupted, but not at family court level. At family court level judges are biased thats all. Who knows judge handling your case might have daughter sitting at home after filing divorce?  There is alway scope for bias among family court judges. Rarely you find judges who are leniat towrds women.  Change your number if you dont want trouble.  Making allegation on sanctity of court and putting your number might land you in serious trouble.  

It appears that your lawyer is unaware of proceedings in court, and simply has given you a blank face.  Most advocates are kaam chors, just taking fees and not doing follow up of case landing client in trouble.  Anyhow, husband need to maintain wife till she remarries or dies.  Its better to settle matter with one shot alimony than paying her monthly.  Marriage being over, finish matter quickly and find someone else, remember, wife who goes to court is not a wife.

Really, this is not my number. I got this clue to seek online help from one of the lawyer and he only helped me to create this profile. I checked and could see that this number is not mine as well as not my lawyers too. I don't know how it appeared.

About Settlement, I am ready but the maintainence amout has been claimed as false and now I cannot pay that amount  because that amount is more than what I earn and every month I will be in Debt. I will see what I can do and think that this is not the right place to discuss all the things.

You stop paying alimony and next date tell to judge that you want to go for one time settlement and dont want to waste your life on this case.  Judge will send you to mediation, bargain for best price there.  File MCD, pay her and part ways.  Or else simply you will pay Advocate, and also wife.  Good luck.
