Can false case victim get dammages after aquitted

Not necessary that in every case victim after acuital get damages. It all depends on the observation of JMs and other factors. Chances r very low.

For that u will have file a suit for malicious prosecution. Malafide intentions will be reqd to be prooved, beyond reasonable doubt.
