Can employee terminate services on medical grounds

As per agreement employee is deemed to provide one month notice before termination of services otherwise employee has to waive his one month salary. 

If a woman employee working in night shift BPO can approaches employer to terminate services on medical grounds with enough documentry evidence that he ill health doest not permit her work.

Can employer make employee forego salary for one month.

Please provide me with decided citations.

Yes on the ground of health she can approach the employer to terminate her from the service.

For termination,. ill health may be a reason, provided documents to show ill health to be shown. Here too she has produced and hence that is valid
