can a person declared as insolvent may further study law course and practice in the court

if one person declared as insolvent and discharge period given is six months and later he studied law. now if he completed his course, will he enrolled as Advocate and can he practice in the courts?

Quick Summary
This discussion explores whether an individual declared insolvent can pursue a law degree and subsequently practise as an advocate. The consensus is that insolvency, being a civil matter rather than a criminal offence, does not inherently prevent someone from enrolling as an advocate. Therefore, an individual who has completed a law course after being declared insolvent should be able to apply for registration and practise in court without issue.
