Can a married woman change her married name to maiden name without divorce too?

I want to know whether a married woman can change her married surname to maiden surname without having divorce? If yes, what is the procedure to get it done in all legal documents including passport, PAN and Aadhar?

You need to publish a gazzette and revert your name. There is a criteria to it.
