I got to know that a person is having two ration cards in two different states that is Delhi and Haryana and as well as by giving the false statement in the Declaration his son and their family also added their names in the ration card belongs to Delhi. And both are getting ration benefits from two different states as well as from the Paramilitary Forces through canteen facility which is an offence under section - 9 of the Essential Commodities Act - 1955 as said by the F&S Department in my RTI Reply.
Thereafter, I had filed a complaint to the F&S Department but some officials constantly ignoring the same and not taking any action on them by giving blanket support.
Now, kindly advise me can I file a case regarding the same directly in the court? And where can i (in which court) file the case for the same and what is the procedure?
