I am planning to buy a site in Bangalore south. Broker has siad the site in "A" khata site. DC converted.
Later i found the site comes under BMICAPA( Bangalore Mysore Infrastructure Corridor Area Planning Authority).
1. Now can i buy the site? and If i buy the site, will i face any issue to construct home from BMICAPA.
2. Do i need to get approval from both : BDA and BMICAPA.
