3 people came to me to constuct(temperuary structure) & run a restaurant in my open land. We 4 agreed & signed a business contract stating 4 equal shares. One of the partner made his wife as a partner. All of sudden he & other partner took the trade license on their name & made a new business contract between them. They opened a company bank account on their name itself. Now everything under their control. Plz advice me how I deal with them on legal grounds.
Construction and subleasing to others for running a restaurant is common. Take for example, you may lease your land to Indian Oil Corporation, they may appoint any dealer/licensee and you have nothing to do with such further transactions. Contact your local advocate and show the agreement / partnership deed if you are also a partner, if there are violations, let him issue a notice for such violations.
