Builder forcing to take another new building after society h

Hi, Builder formed society and handed over 500 flats 2 years back. Now he has another new building under condition with different rera project and trying to push to us to take these building under handed over society. I am interested to know whether builder can do as by society polices. If yes what are the provision Lav mishra
