I have invested 1lakkh to buy a home in SHAHBERRI Greater noida west. But unfortunately prior to some month back a another building was collapsed. Basis on that I back out to take that home. It was under construction. I have all the documents which is in. My favor. All the receipt of 1 lakh paid by Cheque.
But builder is creating problem. COULD U PLEASE SUGGEST WHAT ACTION I CAN TAKE.
post this incident I have given check for another property which is RERA registered. Initially a broker firm name SQUARE Yards has promises me in verbal that if u back out you will get 100% refund.. On the basis of their offer I have given check of 51k.
I have not been given any written thing. For this.
Now when I said that I am not interested as I already mentioned them that if my budget would not allow I will back out. And thy have said no problem you will get your 51k*easily.
Now they are saying we will do deduction.
Can you pleese suggest what I can do recover my amount..? I am very much in problem I I have accumulated this amount by hard dedication.. Please suggest.
