boundary pin after boundary walls

one of my neighbour has made a concrete boundary walls. According to him he has left 4 inches of space to my side for the maintainance of the wall. And he has marked the 4 inches space with demarcation pin. The pins are on my side.

My questions are....
1) Is there any provision to keep the boundary pins after construction of the concrete and permanent boundary walls?

2)If yes, can he demand the left space as "my land" when his concrete walls has already been constructed?

3)If no, can I assume the boundary walls not the demarcation pins as my boundary?

Suppose he had left 1 foot, can you treat the 1 foot of land as yours?

Therefore, you should confine yourself to your own boundaries.  You cannot usurp even an inch of land of others.  Construction of the BOUNDARY WALL by leaving 4 inchces by your neighbour will not give you right to the said 4inches of land.

Thank u sir. But my query is to know if he can leave the demarcation pin outside the boundary walls. you replied to one of the conditional questions. please reply to the 1st question. I'll be thankful to you if you kindly treat me as an ignorant property holder and direct me to the right track. thank you once again.

Yes he can, so long as it kis within his land/plot and he does not encroach upon any one else's land/plot.
