Birth certificate for my child

Dear Sirs, I do not have surname in my certificates and I got my passport, VISA documents w/o surname. My wife has surname before marriage and we are continuing with same name. Now I want include surname of mine to my children which was missing in my certificates. Do we have any problem that My children have my own own surname and my name w/o surname and wife has her own surname. Our marriage certificate also w/o surname for me and wife has her own surname. Please advise. Thank you in adv.
