birth certificate

I'm thinking of taking a baby boy. The baby's father died. Mother ran away with someone. His grandmother is developing a child. They told me they had no child birth certificate. How can I take that baby? Take the birth certificate of that child. Or How to take aadhar id without birth cert. & how to join school
