hi,
i am seeking information on the wall constructed by my neighbour behind my house where he has build wall joining to mine from first floor as ground floor is parking & water is seeping in.
Upon asking him to remove the wall, he says you need to remove yours then only he can.
Please anybody help me in this regard and guide me if this is permissible and if there;s any room to ask him to remove the wall.
