Bank statment as proof

Page no : 2

Sunil Patil (Engg)     10 March 2012

Hi,

Well there is no shortcut answer. You need to try a combination of all the responses given by the contributors above. Waht you could try to is put her on a complete backfoot by filing IPC195 r.w Secn 340 of CPC for perjury.

Site some details of some dates and what amounts appeared in bank a/c, do not produce the bank statment..keep the guessing game on . Let her say no she does not have those in her a/c in her response to the court & then see the fun. But my guess is once you file the above, she will want to end the case and beg for it.

Let me know what happens. Am sure it will work!!!

Note: For all those harrassed souls try the following assuming you have some proof in hand that can be applied under this sections (this was contrinuted by some very helpful people on this forum and I'm just replicating it).:

IPC 177– Furnishing false information.
IPC 182– False information, with intent to cause public servant to use his lawful power to the injury of another person
IPC 191– Giving false evidence
IPC 193– Punishment for false evidence

IPC 195– Giving or fabricating false evidence with intent to procure conviction of offence punishable with imprisonment for life or imprisonment

IPC 361– Kidnapping from lawful guardianship.
IPC 362– Abduction.
IPC 363– Punishment for kidnapping.
IPC 378– Theft
IPC 379– Punishment for theft
IPC 380– Theft in dwelling house, etc
IPC 405– Criminal breach of trust
IPC 406– Punishment for criminal breach of trust
IPC 415– Cheating.
IPC 417– Punishment for cheating.
