Against OA, written statement was filed by borrower. Now bank tells DRT that it does not want to file a reply and wants order.
For the borrower, what does this action mean? He has a very strong case against the bank.
What precautions he should take?

It seems Bank dont want to give answer to the allegations made in written statement filed by borrower.
Instead, bank want to proceed with the case. Better the case must be heard and decided

If you have clearly spelt out your contentions in the reply statement, you need not bother as to whether the Bank is filing any reply or not.
It is not mandatory that the Bank need to file reply on the reply statement.
