I have filed divorce in Family court near shanti nagar, considering last resided was in bangalore (electronic city), wife staying away since 2 years , in different city in karnataka which is far from bangalore, and now i am staying in jayanagar bangalore, but we have got office objection for juristiction
they say last resided is electronic city so that is not comming under the juristiction of family court (nyaya degula) which is in shanti nagar, so, is it true? if so then which court we should approach, because since 4 months we are struggling to clear the objection, judge says if that area is under BBMP then only it can be considered in that court.
need your va;uable comments which will help us in further steps.
