Bail ground for ipc 306

If A is a divorcee(proper divorce) and living with B where B is also divorcee (without any proper documents) and B commits sucide with no sucide note in pressure from her parents .

Parents of B has filed an FIR against A on ground of 304B ,323 and 498 but after investigation it was changed to ipc 306.

now on what ground can A get bail from lower court, are there any chances of bail from lower court.

The evidence for abatement for suicide has to exist for getting Charged under section 306 IPC. If there is no evidence to show and prove abatement but only statement of interested parties namely parents of the victim, chance to get bail in the subordinate court exists for accused.

Everyone can get a bail on 306 IPC but generally it be rejected in lower cout and mostly it will be granter in HC. However it depends on lawyer.

please note: ask A to get cool and calm. Since Nothing you can change in this delay process. You have to bear with this process.
