Arya samaj marriage registration

Hi,

I am from Andhra Pradesh and my wife is from Gujarat. WE had performed our marriage ten days back at Arya Samaj in Hyderabad. My parents agreed and were witnessed from my side. Our friends had provided the witness for girl side.We both are living together in Hyderabad now.

We also got our provisional certificate from Arya Samaj and awaiting for the actual certificate in a weeks time.

Good news is, during this time girls parents also accepted and we would be meeting them.

Now we would like to register the Arya Samaj marriage at registrar office. Can any one provide details regarding the required documents to be provided and the procedure for the regsitration.

We both having ID proofs, Address proofs, Date of Birth proof, Arya Samaj Certificate(Provisional).

Very simple [see reasoning also why it is said to be very simple J]

1. Hire a local Advocate and or search an local one from LCI database and give this simple work of Registration of Marriage to h/er and carry forward matrimonial innings in peace.
Reasoning:
Advocate will guide you correctly with paper work as well as form filling and direct to particular Registrar of Marriages and that is why they are in the profession apart from other legal works of parties ! Give some work to local advocate too now that simple paper work Arya Samaj Wedding is got over with.
