Arrest delaying

sir, can police arrest a person after registering fir against him for 452 ipc, can session court give anticipatory bail in that, if a person applied for anticipatory bail in court and court not decided yet then he can be arrested.

When any person has reason to believe that he may be arrested on an accusation of having committed a non-bailable offence he may appeal to the High court or court of session for a direction under the section.

sir session court has any power to give anticipatory bail in non bailable offence or else it will refer to high court. accused claiming that they had gone to the house with gang but not attacked only have talk out side the house.
