Approach road to my agricultural land

Hi All I have a agricultural land in Shahapur - Thane. This land is around 100m away from the main road. So all these years we and our neighbour had to cross another owners land and reach our place. The land was purchased in 2010 and till 2016 we used to use this kaccha road. Now the land owners son says he wont allow us to enter through his land. He puts obstacles on the path and has become a issue for us. Can any one help ? I need a legal advice come proceeding help on this. Regards Jimmy
