hi all,

in chief affidavit in dvc case, all respondents names should be written or husband's name is enough.

In the tiltle only first respondent's name and for the remaining respondents it has to be mentioned others.

e.g.      A versus B & others.

In the body of the affidavit, if you are assigning any role to the other respondents, their names also to be mentioned and their role has to be described.  Take the assistance of advocate.
