Apartmaent maintenance

Hi...

I am a secreatry of an apartment association (Regd.).. with 112 flats... In our GB meeting, we revised the maintenance charge & also decided to collect corpus fund to mmet out the maintenance expenses...all the members accepted and paid except two... now this two members refused to pay the revised maintenance charge & corpus fund... all other members insist to take nessasry action against them...

Pls give a legal opinion....
