Anticipatory bail process-urgent advice please

By mistake due to force of a broker at register office during an intercaste marriage,mentioned both of our castes as same.But she knows that iam not from her caste.love Marriage happenned 6 yrs ago.498 n dvc cases are alreasy filed Now they are threatening for cheating case based on marriage certificate.My friends and mother signed for witnesses.Is it possible to file the case now. If so can i go for an anticipatory bail.Will the witnesses also come into picture?How long the anticipatory bail will be valid?

Dear Querist

yes, false declaration is a offence in the eyes of Law, no need to worry about it. this offence is bailable and the bail is your right in this regard. no need to go for AB.
