annulment of marriage

It has been four years since marriage..we are living seperate since 1.5 years..we hav a daughter on 1 yr age..she has applied for rcr..i hav applied for divorce..recently i came to know that she is thalasemia minor..i m also thal minor which i told her before marriage..she told me she is notbefore marriage now i came to know she is thal minor..divorce case already by me done is obgoing..can i apply for anuulment based on cheating and fraud by her..i also hav chat transcipt telling she is not thal minor.please advise.thnk u
