Hi, Could the experts concerned clarify on the following issue:
1. The maternal property (my mother's parents are not alive as on date) which is without any "WILL" is to be shared by in which order of grand children in the event mother is not alive?
The order of grandchildren also includes great grand children and great great granchildren??
The proportion of distribution of share??
